Fauci's Refusal To Answer Questions Makes Him Guilty Of Malpractice Because Tort Law Presumes Guilt Until Proven Otherwise By The Defendant

Dr. Fauci’s refusal to respond to allegations about his alleged mismanagement of the Coronavirus pandemic during his recent Congressional hearings, automatically makes him guilty of medical malpractice!

This is because the American tort law presumes guilt until the accused proves their innocence by answering the questions raised as opposed to criminal law that presumes innocence and requires the State to prove guilt.

In addition, failure to prove the absence of innocence in a civil lawsuit upon the serving of the subpoena within the stipulated time, usually twenty days, makes the monetary damages demanded, payable on default.

O.J. Simpson was able to get away with murder at his criminal trial, but he could not escape civil liability because he could not prove his innocence.

Unfortunately for those harmed by Dr. Fauci’s malpractice as established in my blog “Fauci-ism was malpractice res ipsa loquitur …” (https://wwww.successateverything.com/blog/159/0), occurred when he was a Federal Government employee and the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) exempts federal employees from being sued for negligence. However, Dr. Fauci's arbitrary recommendations like “social distancing of six feet” and improper directions for use of masks and immunizations that he voluntarily has acknowledged, that he extemporized them without scientific evidence or surgical consultation, could be considered “experimental,” and that would make him personally liable for his actions.

Therefore, every American who feels that s/he or his/her loved one/s was/were hurt by Dr. Fauci’s failure to obtain a surgical consultation before issuing his now infamous “Standard Precautions” for infection control, should consult a medical malpractice attorney.

I made numerous attempts to promote my blogs and tweets on Twitter, now “X,” and Facebook but I was censored.

I tried to get them published as “Opinion pieces and/or Letters to the Editor” in major newspapers but I was rejected by all of them giving me no option but to archive them at this website as blogs, and evidence to support my case in the future.

I tried to communicate with TV personalities on Fox News like Tucker Carlson, Hannity, Laura Ingram. And Jessie Watters, but no one bothered to reply. I di not bother contacting the other media as I knew they would not respond. Had someone paid my tweets the attention they deserved, the Fauci debacle would not have happened.
